My husband and I dealt with Paul. He was very fast at responding back to my emails. I initially sent a request in via Facebook messenger and shortly after Paul had reached out. He answered all my questions and even stayed late after work one evening to meet with us. We purchased out very first NEW Lawnmower and we love it.
